GROUPON
Groupon is a great form of advertisement for our small business to allow potential  new clients to see why our spa has over 155
"5 star reviews."  We have strict policies in place and strongly enforce these policies for those who purchase Groupons.  Groupon appointments are no different than scheduling a full price service but we often receive no shows and late cancellations because it is a discounted service.  Our therapists time is just as important as your time. If you do not agree to the policies listed below; we suggest not purchasing a Groupon to our wellness spa.

GROUPON VOUCHER
One Groupon allowance - The Groupon voucher is an introductory offer for new clients scheduling a service at the spa. If you have been to the spa before for a service with our staff this means you can not redeem an additional Groupon voucher. Gifted vouchers also apply to this policy.

VOUCHER REDEMPTION
The Groupon voucher is redeemable only toward the Groupon service purchased. No substitutions or exceptions are allowed for any reason. Groupon voucher can not be used for couple's massage.

PROMOTIONAL VALUE
Your Groupon "promotional value"  expires 120 days from purchase date.  Upon expiration; The amount paid never expires & can be applied to the Full Value of the same service purchased.

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEE
Groupon appointments can only be cancelled one time as long as it is 24 hours in advance of the confirmed appointment. If you cancel your Groupon service less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time you will lose the promotional value and the groupon will be marked as redeemed. You will be responsible for paying the difference of the promotional value & the selected spa service value should you decide to reschedule. If we find you have refunded the Groupon after the cancellation, the credit card we have on file will be charged the $30 fee. If you cancel within 24hrs of the confirmed appointment you are allowed a one time reschedule for an appointment. Please read the Reschedule Policy.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENT POLICY
If you do not show up for your confirmed appointment without proper notification prior to the scheduled service you will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $30.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
Groupon appointments can only be rescheduled one time, as long as it is 24 hours in advance of the confirmed appointment. If you reschedule your Groupon service more than once & would still like to receive the service purchased; you will lose the promotional value & be responsible for paying the difference of the promotional value & the selected spa service value.

GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in the value of the Groupon.
