1. I've never had a massage before - how long of a session should I book?
    This is a common questions. Most people start with a 60 minute session. That's enough time to cover the entire body. Many clients prefer to schedule 90 minutes to provide more focused work on any problem areas.
  1. What should I do after my treatment?
    This is your body's chance to relax & unwind. You may not always feel better right away. Sometimes, a few treatments may be needed for you to feel complete relief.
  2. How often should I get a massage?
    This depends on your goals. If you are including massage into your general wellness plan to reduce stress & tension the standard recommendation is once a month. Listen to your body. If you are able to go pain & free in between your sessions you are receiving the proper amount of therapy.

  1. Do you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
    All major credit cards & cash are acceptable forms of payment. The Spa does not accept Personal Checks.
  1. Do I need to disrobe?
    You only have to undress to your level of comfort. You will always be properly draped according to professional standards for your privacy & comfort. If you are not comfortable getting undressed at all, alternative therapies & techniques can be used.
  1. How will I feel after the session?
    Most people feel very relaxed & experience relief from chronic pain & tension. Clients often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, & greater productivity which can last for days
