Your first visit you will be asked to read over necessary material & sign our release waiver.
You will be escorted to the sauna room & instructed on basic use of the individual sauna pod. The pods are 69"L x 28"W x 18"H. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing or the draping that is provided. The room is equipped with cold towels for after your session.

At the half way point of your first session, 15min, we will check in to see how you are doing & if your heat needs to be adjusted. If you become too hot at any point during your session, you can adjust your pod temperature or you can  get out early.
Showering is not recommended immediately after your session as your body is still experiencing detoxification benefits for up to an hour after your session.

Listen to your Body: 
Take care not to overheat during your first few sessions. If you feel lightheaded, start to get a headache or begin to feel nauseous, simply end your session early & slowly get out of the pod. 

Your body will continue to adjust to your sessions. Sweating will increase and body temperature regulation becomes more effective.
